Washington State Environmental Land Use & Hearings Office
Washington State government agency in dire need of a website redesign. The website was heavily disorganized and users had a difficult time navigating the site to retrieve the necessary information needed for their appeal cases.
A/B testing was conducted during the design research phase. The solution was to design a layout for information regarding appeals and hearings cases that would be easily accessible on the homepage.
